Why doesn’t signing in with Google ask for Search Console anymore?

Deliberate: sign-in takes only your basic profile; Search Console access is a separate read-only grant. Least privilege at the front door.

Yes — one Search Console connection per user; ingestion uses any teammate’s valid grant for the clients they belong to.

What is the demo client in my list?

How do I control which notifications I get?

Why are some indexation numbers greyed out or missing?

Honesty by design. Indexation figures render only when the underlying crawl coverage is fresh and complete enough to trust; otherwise they are labelled as a sample, greyed as stale, or hidden entirely. We would rather show you nothing than a number we cannot stand behind.

Why is there no year-over-year line on some cards?

The YoY comparison renders only when a complete prior-year baseline exists for the window. A freshly connected client has no last year yet — the line appears once history does. A wrong YoY is the most damaging number on the page, so an untrustworthy one is simply not drawn.

Is the AI reading my data?

AI features (cluster naming, content briefs, snippet recommendations) run on an EU provider listed on the sub-processors page. The authoritative answer on data use is the Privacy Policy — deliberately not this FAQ.

Where is my data stored?
