1. The service

SeoKestrel provides SEO analytics, reporting, and operating-model tooling for marketing agencies and their EU clients. We may update features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach platform security or access other tenants’ data.
• Do not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not resell or misrepresent the service without authorisation.

4. Data & privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For business customers acting as data controllers, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability with documented disaster-recovery procedures, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees unless agreed separately.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeoKestrel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes bump the version and require re-acceptance by signed-in users.
